John was born in Schnectady, NY. Charlotte was born on a farm near West Hoosick Falls, NY.
Charlotte is buried on the farm. John was a grain salesman.  During the Civil War he was in the NY Cavalry Company A 7th Regiment from the 15 Jul 1861 until 31 Mar 1862.   He received a pension after the war of $8.00 a month.  Before he married Charlotte he was married and had 2 daughters.

Perry was born in West Hoosick Falls, NY., May was born in Cherryvale, KS.  They are both buried in Mount Olive Cemetery in Pittsburg, KS.  Perry was an Insurance salesman for New York Life.  He was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Pittsburg.  Also a member of Masonic Order, Shrine and IOOF Lodge.  May was also a Presbyterian and member of the Eastern Star, Rebecca Lodge and Women's Church Group.
