He was born in Galesville WI. and she died in Van Nuys CA.  Frank graduated from Yale College and was employed in offices at Galesville, Whitehall, Trempealeau, Madison and Belmont WI.   He owned and edited a newspaper at Westby WI for 8 years and moved with his family to Winona MN.  Was a proof reader and copy editor for House organs by J. R. Watkins Co. printing plant.
