Lewis was born in Midland, OH., near Lynchberg and died in Zanesville, OH. buried at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lot 401 Section D.  Annie was born in Jacksonville, IL. and buried in Westboro, OH.   Annie was divorced when the three children were still in grade school.  The children were put in an orphanage in Cincinatti, OH. and she worked in a clothing factory nearby where she could visit them often.  When the two girls were old enough to work they also worked in the factory and lived with her. The father remarried and had a son by his second wife, Bill Larrick.
