Noble was born in El Dorado, KS., and she was born in Honeyoy, PA. and they are both buried in Sunset Lawns Cemetery in El Dorado. Noble and Harriet were Methodist. He was 32nd Degree Mason. Harriet had a Teachers's Certificate from Emporia State Teacher's College and taught in a one-room School in Butler CO. before her marriage.They both worked at the Boeing Aircraft Plant in Wichita, KS during WWII. Nobel worked for the Singer CO. and later owned a fabric store which Harriet continued to operate after her husband's death. She moved to the United Methodist Home in Topeka, KS in 1997 and remained ther until her death.
