Lois Beatrice Henney (1922-)
Jack was born in Plattsmouth, NE., and is buried in Story, AR. Lois was born in PawPaw, MI. Lois attended Hope College in Holland, MI., moving to CA., in 1942. She married Jack in N. Hollywood, CA. They moved to Plattsmouth, NE. where they farmed for 33 years. After Lois' parents died, Carol Anne, their adopted daughter came to live with Jack and Lois. Carol married Robert Witzel and lives in Omaha, NE. Lois graduated from the Univerisity of Nebraska with a BS Degree in Elementary Education in 1974. They retired to Story, AR., in 1979 and after Jack's death, Lois moved to Denver, CO., where she lives near 3 of her children.

Jack Michael Troop was born 1953 in Nebraska City, NE. He earned a DDS Degree from the University of Nebraska School of Dentistry in 1980 and has practiced Dentistry in Denver, CO. since that time. He married Kathy Cooksey in 1990.
Marnee Sue Troop was born 1956 in Nebraska City, NE. and received a Degree from the University of Nebraska School of Dentistry in 1979 and has been a Dental Hygienist in Denver since that time. She and Charles Connors, DDS were married in 1994.
Laurie Brynn Troop was born 1958 in Nebraska City, NE. She received a Degree in Elementary Education from Middle Tennessee University in 1981. She married Dale Curtis in 1995 and they have a daughter Kylie McKenna Curtis. Laurie owns and operates a child day care center in Aurora, CO.
Daniel Charles Troop was born 1961 in Nebraska City, NE. He earned a Degree in English and in Philosphy in 1986 from the University of Arkansas and was certified to teach Secondary Education. He taught in Denver, CO., San Francisco, CA. and Norman, AR. Presently he is attending the University of Arkansas where he is earning a Degree in Biology. He has a son Brandon Nicholas Polston born 1995.
Donald Patrick Troop was born 1963 Nebraska City, NE. and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1986 with a Degree in Journalism. He was married in 1995 to Meredith McKittrick and they have a daughter, Aubrey Eliza McKittrick Troop born in 2000. Don is an on-line news editor for the Chronicle of Higher Education in Washington D.C.

Don and Meridith Mckittrick were married on Sept. 30, 1995. Don is a copy editor for
"The Chronicle of Higher Education" in Washington D.C. and Meridith is an
assistant professor of history at Georgetown University, where she teaches African
history. They live in Silver Springs, Md., with their daughter, Aubrey, who was born
on Feb. 25, 2000.
